- In charge of all activities including but not limited to Client & Public Relations, Production, Quality Control, Logistics, Training and Mentoring.
- Meet with clients and interpret ideas and concepts to produce workable specifications of new projects.
- Prepare Proposals for new projects based on established production methodology and costings.
- Identify glitches in operation; and design, initiate improvements to eliminate incidental losses and deliver competitive products and services without compromising quality.
- Implement Branding in all design projects from printed paper to digital media.
- Check quality and elements of all in-house and client submitted designs and adjust if needed using Software used in its creation (Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, PageMaker, InDesign) then produce digital proof for client approval and adjust further when needed.
- Prepare summaries and reports for the consumption of other Departments and the Board of Directors.

- Designed, developed, implemented and deployed the company’s website www.GulfOilPhilippines.com. This Website was the first Gulf Oil International website that presents to the world the company’s International Product Catalogue and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Instrumental in the company’s US$ 300,000.00 annual savings by maintaining accurate on-line MSDS.
